According to TMZ, the hip-hop mogul’s assault case has been rejected by the
Los Angeles County District Attorney.
Well not to get too excited, reports say the 'Bad Boy for Life' artist's case will now be
reviewed by the Los Angeles City Attorney, which means he could still face
misdemeanor charges.
We earlier reported that Diddy claimed he was acting in self defense after getting into a confrontation with his son’s football coach and an intern, during which he allegedly
 assaulted them with a kettlebell.
